On the 4th February 2006 Craig received one of the greatest honours of the 750 Motor Club when he was awarded the Stock Memorial Trophy.
 
The trophy for the greatest achievement by a club member in 2005 has been awarded for his winning the Skid Pan event and setting a new world record in the process at the 2005 Formula SAE event in Detroit. The event has been dominated by the American universities since its inception 25 years ago. The team took the ISIS 04 car (that Craig designed and used at Formula Student in 2004) to the competition. In the process the team became the first European University to win a dynamic event at the competition in the competition's history.
 
Craig said “It was a very prestigious event to win, as it is a real test of car and driver. I'm delighted to receive this award from the Club - it’s a real honour.”
